    Jennifer Breister

    PRESIDENT / SALES

    Jennifer brings a bachelors degree in business management and a varied work experience to the team. Having grown up in the construction business, she has experience at every level. Time spent in the fast-paced world of transportation has given her a practical and process based approach to projects.

    "My passion is in surprising every client with more than they could have dreamed of. My mission, however, is making the entire building process better. By combining my technical skills and passion I strive to create an exceptional experience."

    Paul Breister

    VICE PRESIDENT / SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

    Paul holds a masters degree in structural engineering and has over 30 years of experience in design and construction. From early career experience in building 100,000+ sq. ft. retail centers, hospitals, and churches, he brings a broad perspective and multi-disciplinary knowledge to each project.

    "Over the last 20 years, I have enjoyed working with homeowners in the design and construction of new homes, additions, and remodeling projects. There is nothing I enjoy more than finding a solution to a customer's particular needs."

    Lynne Breister

    VICE PRESIDENT / EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT

    Lynne holds a bachelors degree in housing and has designed and built three homes for her own family.

    Paul and I have worked side by side for the past 19 years building new homes as well as remodeling. I have lived in nine homes in the past 32 years and lived the remodeling process in six of them. I have raised three children to adulthood amid varying levels of construction activity. I have a special interest in color and design and love helping customers create their own personal style. My education and experience give me a unique perspective on the construction process. I truly do understand what you will be going through.

    Nick Crimmins

    FIELD SUPERVISOR

    Nick joined North Iowa Kitchens team in 2014 and brings a carpentry degree from ICCC. He has had training in multiple areas including leadership, hands on, and jobsite training and has previous work experience in plumbing. Nick loves spending time with his kids, golfing, playing baseball, and watching NASCAR.

    Kelly Cayton

    PROCUREMENT & FACILITIES MANAGER

    Kelly has a bachelors degree in general studies with management, marketing, and communication emphases. Her experiences range from advertising and graphic design, to purchasing and customer service. Kelly’s background makes her a well-rounded part of the team, able to pitch in on nearly any task. She is the daughter of a carpenter and has great appreciation for the art of design and building. Kelly has four children, a multitude of pets, and also enjoys tackling her own home projects.

    “I love being part of creating something beautiful for our customers – whether I’m helping make selections or accepting a delivery of materials – every project is a unique experience from start to finish.”

    Renae Romine

    MARKETING SPECIALIST / PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

    Renae has a bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis in print and public relations, and a minor in business.  She has had a wide variety of job experiences from sales and pharmacy, to graphic design, photography, and marketing. Renae enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being outside, and eating ice cream.

    Cameron Anderson

    LEAD CARPENTER

    Cameron rejoins our team bringing a degree in Building Trades from NIACC. He has received certifications from Custom Building Products and training in Tile and Shower installation. In his spare time, Cameron enjoys working on his own home remodel, hunting, and tacos.

    “Framing and flooring are my passions. I enjoy working with my hands and being a part of the home building process from start to finish.”

    Keegan Ginapp

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Keegan joins our team with a degree from NIACC and has many years of experience working with building products and has forklift certification. He also enjoys working on his own home remodeling projects, doing repairs on his vehicles and spending time with his family.  

    "I love overseeing remodels and new home builds, watching the progress from demo to the completed product."

    Greg Nedved

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Greg has been working as a subcontractor for us for many years and has officially joined our team full-time! Greg brings a wealth of knowledge, having years of experience in building cabinets, countertops and walls. He also previously owned his own company, Setorain Carpentry, for 13 years. Greg enjoys all the outdoor activities including boating, fishing, hiking, and camping.

    Zane Anderson

    CARPENTER

    Zane came to us after five years as a department manager at Menards, where he sharpened his skills in organization, problem-solving, and customer service. His background in managing people and projects makes him a natural fit for our work here.

    Outside of work, you’ll find Zane spending time with his daughter, tackling his own home renovations, lifting weights, or cheering on his favorite football team — the Baltimore Ravens.

    “My favorite part of the job is teaming up with co-workers on different projects and seeing everything come together.”

    Meredith Hinz

    ADMINISTRATIVE INTERN

    When she’s not busy with school and activities, Meredith joins our crew as an Administrative Assistant. She has already had many different job experiences. From pet sitting and working at the local pool to helping her mom (Kelly Cayton) with home projects such as installing floors, closet systems and rearranging furniture. Meredith enjoys reading, playing the sims, running track, and lasagna!

    “I’ve enjoyed learning how the backside of companies work and more about different programs and how to fix problems.”

    Nathan Tue

    CARPENTER

    Nathan got his start in hands-on work through shop classes in high school, which sparked his interest in tools and building. He went on to work at Swenson’s Hardware for three years before joining our team.

    When he’s not at work, you’ll probably find him outdoors fishing or hiking—or enjoying a good slice of pizza.

    Sonya Pareja

    DESIGNER

    Sonya studied Interior Design, Architecture Design, and Business Management in college. In her professional years, she’s refined her skills working with customers, learning several different design programs, and making relationships with other people in the design/build trade industry. She enjoys eating pizza with her family and attending her grandkid’s activities.

    My favorite part of my job is being able to create beautiful designs that satisfy and delight our clients while working in a fun atmosphere!”
